Method
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and flour until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the pudding into serving glasses or bowls.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
