Method
- Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until creamy.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds or cupcake liners.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes until fully set.
- Remove from molds and serve immediately or store chilled.
