Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- Add soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
