Method
- Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin-side down if applicable.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the salmon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
