Method
- Season the beef tenderloin slices with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
- Reduce the heat slightly, add butter and minced garlic.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter over the meat and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
