Method
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Coat each piece in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
