  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cream and chicken broth, stir well.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
