Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chickpeas and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Add garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt and lemon juice.
- Spoon the spicy chickpeas into lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley.
