Malzemeler
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chickpeas and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. Add garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix yogurt and lemon juice.
  5. Spoon the spicy chickpeas into lettuce leaves.
  6. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley.
