  • 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or cooking cream
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cream, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in spinach and cook just until wilted.
  6. Finish with parmesan and serve hot.
