  • 300 g beef sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, season with black pepper and salt.
  5. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated and tender.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
